Agreement
By using CS Code you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. A signed order, DPA or enterprise agreement prevails where it conflicts with these website terms.
Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, use appropriate access controls, and promptly report suspected compromise. You are responsible for activity under your account except to the extent caused by our breach.
Your data
You retain ownership of information submitted to the service. You grant us the limited right to process it to provide, secure and support CS Code. Each party will comply with applicable data-protection law. Our DPA applies where Arctic Parade Ltd processes personal data for a customer.
Service and beta features
Features identified as beta, preview or evaluation may change and may have reduced support or availability. We will not materially reduce paid core functionality during a committed subscription term without an appropriate remedy.
Intellectual property
Arctic Parade Ltd and its licensors retain all rights in CS Code, its CLI, service, documentation and branding except rights expressly granted in writing. Feedback may be used to improve the service without identifying you.
Fees, suspension and termination
Fees and payment dates are set out in the applicable order. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a security threat, unlawful use, non-payment or material breach, and will provide notice where practicable.
Evidence disclaimer
CS Code supports release assurance but does not replace professional security judgment, penetration testing, certification, accreditation or a buyer’s acceptance decision. Outputs depend on supplied inputs and configured scanners.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Other limits should be agreed in the applicable order; customers should not rely on this public page as a negotiated enterprise contract.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
