Private beta terms.
These additional terms apply while CS Code is offered as a private beta by Arctic Parade Ltd. They supplement the main Terms and Conditions and apply from 8 August 2026.
Evaluation service
The private beta is a pre-release evaluation service. Features, data formats and availability may change, and it is not supplied with production service-level guarantees.
No classified data
Do not upload classified, export-controlled, customer-confidential or operationally sensitive data to the SaaS beta.
Local-first handling
The CLI scans locally. Source code and raw project files are not uploaded by default. Metadata upload is explicit.
Feedback use
Feedback may be used to improve CS Code. Do not include secrets, credentials, source code or classified content in feedback.
Deletion
You may ask us to remove your beta account, organisation, release metadata, feedback or lead records, subject to legal, security and backup-retention requirements.
Ending access
Either party may end beta participation at any time. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, systems or comply with law.
Main terms
The CS Code Terms and Conditions, Privacy Notice, Acceptable Use Policy and Data Processing Agreement continue to apply.
Questions or deletion requests can be sent to arran@cs-code.com. See the main Terms and Conditions for the contracting entity, liability terms and governing law.
